Volunteer Opportunity on Sunday Mornings

Hello @first-name,

We are looking for a few volunteers to set out snacks and coffee for the adult Summer Sunday School class on Sunday mornings at 8 AM. There will be 9 weekly meetings during the first service in the college/high school room 165, running from June 21st through August 16th.

I will be purchasing the snacks, which will probably include individual yogurt packs, breakfast protein bars, and bananas. These snacks will be stored in the kitchen pantry or the fridge. Volunteers will need to set out the snacks by 8 AM on Sunday mornings in the college room, along with 2 pots of coffee and 3 water pitchers. The donut/coffee crew will be preparing coffee in the kitchen for Sunday mornings. I will coordinate with them to see if they can make the 2 pots of coffee for this as well.

If you are interested in volunteering, please reply to this email and let me know which dates you would like to cover. Ideally, I would love to have a few couples take turns with this responsibility.

Thank you for considering this opportunity to serve!
