Outreach Update: The Gospel at UGM Camp

Pray for the kids who came to UGM Camp this summer. The gospel was clearly presented to more than 50 kids, many of whom don’t hear God’s Word anywhere else. Read details about how Faith volunteers served and evangelized the campers this summer in Lydia Kinne's article in Living Faith magazine.

John Prepares the Way for the Lord

Passage: Matthew 3:1–12
Principle: True repentance produces spiritual fruit in every believer.

Ask your child these questions:

How did John the Baptist fulfill prophecy?
Why didn’t John allow the Pharisees and Sadducees to be baptized?

Help your child apply these truths in the following ways:

By submitting to the lordship of Jesus as King.
By examining his or her life for spiritual fruit.
